Tinted glass differs from window tinting, which is applying window film to the glass surface. Tinted glass is a process by which the actual glass is tinted during manufacturing.

How It Works

The color of the tint will get darker as the glass gets thicker. For example, 1/4” bronze glass will be two times darker than 1/8” bronze glass.

What Kind of Tinted Glass Is Right for Me?

When choosing tinted glass for your décor, it is important to keep in mind that whatever you are viewing on the other side of the glass will also appear differently. For example, if you have tile in your shower, the color of the tile will have a different appearance when looking at it through the tinted glass.
